On December 23rd, the US Court of Appeals - Fifth circuit reinstated the BOI (Beneficial Ownership information) filing requirement. Federal Judge in Texas issued a nationwide injunction to block the BOI

Yesterday, a Federal Judge Mr. Amos Mazzant issued a nationwide injunction to block the BOI (Beneficial Ownership Information).
