Through the nonprofit LAEDA, we will be collaborating on a seminar on the new Beneficial Ownership Interest (BOI) filing requirement to avoid a $591 fine each day. With the NJ Supreme Court’s July 9, 2024 update allowing CPAs and EAs, as well as attorneys, to assist business owners with this new 2024 requirement (passed by bipartisan legislation in 2021).
